This three-year-old company
and new PDCA member
is in “growth mode”

While Forefront Deep Foundations
may be a relatively new company
– formed in 2017 –principals Jeff
Bird, president; Jeff Redman, vice president; and
Bart Sammons, general superintendent, are
veterans of the pile driving industry, having
worked together at a firm for many years.
They saw an opportunity in the market
and moved forward to launch Forefront
Deep Foundations based out of
Newport Beach, Calif.
“Forefront was formed to
not only take advantage of the
opportunity in the market, but
also to utilize state-of-theart
equipment and new
methods for pile installation,”
said Bird. “Hence
the name ‘Forefront!’”
