marine construction. The company’s co-owner and president,
Jeff Howell, will tell you that driving pile is integral to the
kind of work they do.
“I would say that probably 70 percent of our jobs require pile
driving of some sort,” he said.
Howell and Todd Ross, the other co-owner and vice president
of the company, founded Legacy Contracting in 2009. Between the
