 What’s New for 2020? 
 Start planning now for the 2020 PDCA Project of the  
 Year Awards! 
 The PDCA Project of the Year Awards are currently open  
 and accepting submissions. If your firm completed an interesting  
 driven pile project in 2019, PDCA encourages you to complete an  
 entry and send it to the PDCA office before February 21, 2020. 
 The awards will be presented at the PDCA Annual Conference, taking  
 place May 6–9 in Phoenix, Ariz. Winning projects will also be  
 featured in PileDriver magazine. 
 New this year 
 Online submission process and entry fee 
 For 2020, PDCA members will submit their entries into the Project  
 of the Year Awards online. More information will be announced on  
 PDCA’s website, www.piledrivers.org, in PDCA’s monthly e-newsletters  
 and from PDCA’s social media channels. 
 The entry fee is USD$250 and must accompany each entry. There  
 is no limit to the number of entries that a company can submit. 
 Revised categories 
 For the 2020 Project of the Year Award program, the PDCA Board  
 of Directors have revised the traditional awards categories into the  
 following: 
 Land-based Project 
 •  Less than $500,000 
 •  $500,000 to $2 Million 
 •  $2 Million to $5 Million 
 •  Greater than $5 Million 
 Marine Project 
 •  Less than $5 Million 
 •  Greater than $5 Million 
 Earth Retention Project 
 •  Less than $5 Million 
 •  Greater than $5 Million 
 Associate/Engineering Affiliate Member Project 
 Any value 
 International Driven Pile Project* 
 Any value 
 * For the first time ever, PDCA is opening the International category  
 of the Project of the Year Awards for non-member submittals from  
 international pile driving contractors. Non-PDCA international contractor  
 members are entitled to one submission into the International  
 Project category.
