With its commitment to meet its clients’
needs through constant adaptation
to incorporate new services and service
areas, he said, “Our growth has been both
organic and through regional acquisitions.
Our business is very diverse, spanning
over a dozen different business markets
such as commercial, federal, municipal
and residential.”
EMC Engineering Services is also a
great place to work. In fact, the company
won the 2019 ZWEIG Group Hot Firms
and Best Firms Classes. These awards recognize
outstanding performance in both
dollar and percentage revenue growth rate
over a three-year period and workplace

Navigating the pandemic
With its extensive experience, a company
less accomplished would have difficulties
handling COVID-19 and what it means for
day-to-day operations.
For EMC Engineering Services, Perry
says the company has adapted its work procedures
appropriately in order to protect
employees, comply with newly-enacted federal,
state and local legislation, and ensure
continuity of business for clients.
“Due to our continual technology progress
over the years, dealing with hurricanes
and other outside environmental influences,
we were ready!” said Perry. “Employees
who demonstrate the need are equipped
to work from home seamlessly and those
who continue to work in our offices have
adopted appropriate social distancing
practices. We are continuing at normal
production levels and our work product
will not suffer.”
As for what’s next for the company,
Perry says the five-year plan is to continue
to grow regionally while achieving at least
10% annual financial growth.
If the company’s history is any indication
of the future, things will remain bright
for EMC Engineering Services. t
