By Jason Moore, President, PDCA
Hello, folks. As I write, it’s a
cool September day and we’re
staring down the last quarter
of the year. I find myself reflecting on the
current work of the association and its initiatives
moving forward. I’m considering
all that we have endured together over the
first nine months of 2020, understanding
that there’s still no real end in sight, and
like you, considering next steps. I’m a systems
guy, a planner. With more questions
than answers, I am outside of my comfort
zone. But that’s okay, too. I like a challenge.

and finish the year well. I’m going to suggest

do when it’s hard to see six weeks out, much
less six months?
It is my belief and what I’ve seen be fruitful
over nearly 20 years of leading through
the best and toughest times – lean in hard
and do the next right thing. Don’t let the
unknown sitting six months from today rob
you of the opportunity to take measured
