PDCA membership and the near future
A PDCA member for many years, some of Hammer & Steel’s
employees have served as chapter presidents.
“The biggest benefits we have received from membership is – by
far – the ability to network with our clients as well as other suppliers,”
said Nick. “We hope to continue our relationship with PDCA
over the coming years and see the organization grow. PDCA does
a great job of promoting the products and services of its members,
and we feel it is an important part of the industry.”
As for what’s next, he says things are a bit uncertain in the short
term, but the plan is to continue opening new branches in various

parts of the country to continue the expansion of its products
and services.
“And, of course, we are taking the health and safety of our
employees and clients very seriously during the pandemic. We
maintain mask policies within our offices and require social distancing.
We provide PPE, such as hand sanitizer and masks, to
our employees. We’ve also embraced online meetings with our
staff, as well as with clients when possible, and continue to look
to the CDC, as well as the local governments of our branches
for guidance.” t
