We need
your voice

Good evening, friends. As I write this message, it’s a Sunday at the end of
January. My family (my wife, Rebecca, and our kids, Joshua (16), Ella (14) and
Lydia (8)) is settling in for the week to come, and I find myself sitting down to
reflect on the events of the past year and the plans developing for the year to come. I’m
excited. I’m proud of PDCA – its staff, its Board and its members. I’m proud to be associated
with this organization and its fine membership. We’ve done good work in the name
of the driven pile, but we have so much more to do. We’re ready for the challenge.
With the start of a new year, we have changes on the Board. As Larry Moore and Karl
Higgins roll off the Executive Committee and Scott Callaway shifts to Immediate Past
President, we say many thanks to you all! PDCA is working from a position of capacity
and strength, and your leadership has been appreciated as we recruited and hired a new
executive director, developed the director of member services role and restructured dues
in an effort to strengthen and expand the mission and work of the organization. PDCA is
moving towards a place of greater health. Thanks for leading the charge!
