Pile driving efforts
John King is the owner of Pile Drivers, Inc., which is located in
Hollywood, S.C. This PDCA member company is ecstatic to be
involved in a project of such magnitude.
He says the project consisted of approximately 1,350 12-inch
Grade 50 steel H-piles in lengths from 30 feet to 50 feet.
“We used our Junttan PM 16 and PM 20,” said King. “We drove
the first pile June 28, 2018 and drove the last pile on Jan. 19, 2019,
with multiple mobilization.”
