Signature Dish: Sticky Toffee Pudding with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
This signature dish is brought back every holiday season in the club’s
restaurant and events spaces and stays on the menu through the colder
months every year. Although it is not a year-round dish, it warms so many
bellies during the festive season, which is when the club always looks its best
and creates so many memories. A warm date pudding, toffee sauce and
homemade vanilla ice cream, although simple, can’t be beat.
The member experience: “The Granite Club’s sticky toffee pudding is my
favourite holiday dessert; I’m sorry I didn’t buy more this year.”
