▼▼ICE® CELEBRATES 20-YEAR
EMPLOYEE MILESTONES
2017 is already a great year for ICE. We have four people to celebrate.
These individuals have given time, expertise and energy to
the company, creating the ICE team as we know it today.
In 1997, Christian Cunningham, in his second year with ICE,
moved to work with the Florida branch. He was joined by Shawn
Robinson, who also moved to the ICE branch in Florida. These two
team members began shifting the branch to a number-one rated
service department.
Since neither Cunningham nor Robinson was a certified
welder, they enlisted Billy Taylor to join their team and help with
the install of the Florida shop test stand. From there, customers
were able to benefit from the fabulous working relationship that
formed between these three. ICE has seen these guys build and set
up new relationships and create a customer-focused service team in
the southeast.
Robinson hits his 20th year with ICE in 2017, spending most
of his time through those years in the sales to service area to focus
on a fluent experience for all of our clients.
In a mass effort to support the ideals that transformed this
region, Taylor stepped up to become the service manager and wows
everyone he comes into contact with for his knowledge and skill,
not only in regards to servicing equipment, but also his clear attention
to detail and training.
ICE wants to send a huge shout-out to these two men,
Robinson and Taylor, for being outstanding team members who
have given us 20 years of over-the-top service.

In this same time period, our controller was preparing to retire
and sought out Kurt Seufert as his replacement. Seufert has spent
20 years with ICE, helping and detailing all of the ICE family of
companies as we grew and transformed, working himself into the
CFO position. He has spent time working with our international
partners and keeping us straight on finances.
During this time of growth, he made a decision that we needed
someone to help maneuver the phones and get our customers
directed to the right sales or service team member. Seufert worked
with our team to open a position for one of the sweetest and caring
people we know, Alicia Dowling.
Dowling started with ICE that same year and has spent so
much time getting to know our team members and making suggestions
on the best ways to support their efforts. She has spent
countless hours, as the HR administrator, working on the most
cost-effective health care and retention programs.
ICE definitely would not be where we are today without these
two working behind the scenes to support our efforts in becoming
the “one-stop foundation shop.”
