PDCA cordially invites you to support the 20th Annual DICEP conference as a valued exhibitor!
Why Exhibit?
This 1.5-day intimate event encourages opportunities for you to promote your business as a professional in the
driven pile industry. Your company will be part of a unique and professional setting designed for networking
and socializing, fostering and developing new client relationships and, most importantly, exposure of your
company’s products, services, tools and techniques to contractors, engineers and those starting out in the
driven pile industry. There is no better way to make an impact than in the PDCA Exhibit Hall, which will be the
featured location for all food and beverage functions including breakfast, lunch, reception and breaks.
Exhibitor Registration:
Registration includes one full conference registration and exhibit space, a six-foot skirted table, shared
electrical outlet, two chairs, a wastebasket and wireless internet access. The Exhibit Hall is limited to 25 spaces.
Exhibitors have the opportunity to select their booth number and reservations will be confi rmed on a fi rst
registered/paid-in-full and available basis.
Fees:
PDCA Members/Supporting Organizations: $600
Non-PDCA Members: $700
Each Additional Exhibitor (Same Company): $400
Additional Information for Exhibitors:
Additional exhibitor attendees are required to register for the conference. Exhibitors are expected to set up and
break down at the requested times.
Exhibitors are responsible for shipping items to the hotel for the Exhibit Hall. Package handling charges shall be
assessed for materials received by the hotel in advance of the event date. The following charges will apply as a
receiving charge:

11–30 lb. $10 each
31–50 lb. $20 each
51–70 lb. $30 each
71–100 lb. $40 each
101+ lb. $60 each
Skids/Large Crates $150 each
The charge for guests shipping from the hotel without their own account is the standard shipping rate, depending
upon shipper, plus handling charges. Handling charges are subject to change without notice. Due to limited
storage space, additional storage charges will be applied to packages stored more than two business days.
