Combining Product Lines,
Strengths and Expertise
Ring Power and Company Wrench partnership increases
options for Florida customers

Ring Power and Company Wrench,
which already shared similar values
with “Cutting Edge of Customer
Service” and “Customers First” philosophies,
have signed a partnership agreement.
Now, by combining their product lines,
strengths and expertise, the companies are
both better positioned to serve Florida’s
scrap and demolition markets and provide
customers with more options.
In the almost six decades since it first
became a full-line Cat dealer in North
Florida, Ring Power Corporation has
become one of the largest Cat dealers in
the United States. Headquartered in St.
Augustine, Fla., the company has 16 branch
locations throughout the state, including
large regional facilities in Tampa and
Orlando and crane and forklift sales and
service facilities in Pompano and Miami,
and eight locations throughout the rest
of the U.S., including facilities in Rhode
Island, New Jersey, the Carolinas, Georgia,
Texas and California. The company, which
employs more than 2,000 people, sells, services
and rents equipment to customers
engaged in construction, scrap, demolition,
paving, mining, forestry, agriculture, material
handling and other related industries.
In addition to Cat products, the company
represents Grove and Manitowoc cranes,
LeeBoy paving equipment, Genie lift equipment
and other product lines.
Since 1999, when Brad Hutchinson
started his truck, trailer and equipment
shop in Carroll, Ohio, Company Wrench
has also grown and diversified. Now with
10 locations in Ohio, Tennessee, North and
South Carolina, New Jersey and Florida,
the company sells, rents and services a wide
variety of specialty equipment, attachments
and parts for the construction, demolition,
recycling, scrap, waste and utility industries.
Company Wrench’s in-house manufacturing
and fabrication company, CW
Machine Worx, manufactures ultra-
high-reach demolition machines, provides
specialized conversion services and customizes
machines to accept scrap and demolition
attachments. It also manufactures its
own HAWC/Dust Destroyer fugitive-dust
suppression machines.
Manufacturing, selling, renting
and servicing equipment
With the most extensive inventory of
LaBounty shear blades in the world and
one of the largest inventories in the U.S. of
Terex Fuchs, JCB and Kobelco parts, the
company is also an authorized dealer for
Bandit, Fecon, LaBounty products. For the
last three years, Company Wrench has also
been a distributor of MKT Manufacturing’s
excavator-mounted side-clamp and cranehung
vibratory hammer attachments,
including some that can drive pile in low
headroom configurations.
