Scholarship Fundraiser –
Bowling Tournament
Opening
Reception
Join us as we kick off
the conference with an
opening reception in the
exhibit hall on Tuesday,
May 17 from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
This event will feature a
hosted bar and heavy hors
d’oeuvres, but that’s not all! Since
you’re in New Orleans and it’s our
20th, enjoy a traditional New Orleans
style Hurricane in your very own PDCA
hurricane glass at the sponsored
“specialty bar!”
The opening reception is one of the
conference’s major networking events
in the exhibit hall. Spend quality time
with colleagues while checking out
the latest technology, equipment and
materials in the pile driving industry
at the exhibit booths manned by
experts who can enlighten you on
their products.
Whether you call it Mardi Gras, Fat Tuesday, Carnival or the most famous party in New
Orleans, PDCA will provide a festive evening at the annual reception and dinner. This
year, PDCA will be the “krewe” for all of the evening’s festivities!
This year’s evening theme is Mardi Gras – what else? – and will start with a
cocktail reception, featuring a hosted bar with light hors d’oeuvres. Following the
reception will be a triple entrée buffet dinner – New Orleans style! After dinner,
you can look forward to a fun-filled evening of entertainment and social networking
that includes a Mardi Gras “mask” competition. So come dressed up with your
Mardi Gras mask (Mardi Gras attire also encouraged) and be ready to party! All of
this happens on Wednesday, May 18, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Astor Gallery. t
